Shipping Policy
From checkout to arrival: this guide explains how to read delivery information for an order placed at www.yaravia.com.
What should I check before ordering?
• The full recipient name, address and postal details.
• The delivery service, charge and estimate, where shown.
• Whether any stated destination restrictions affect the purchase.
If timing or a delivery arrangement is unclear, ask before committing to a purchase. A displayed estimate is not a guaranteed appointment, and it should not be treated as a promise of arrival for a particular occasion.
Why is tracking not moving yet?
A reference can be created during preparation before the parcel receives its first carrier scan. Later updates can also be uneven between facilities. Payment review, stock handling, carrier schedules and destination conditions can affect progress. Tracking is useful evidence of movement, but an isolated status does not always explain the entire journey.
Can I change the address?
Request a correction at [email protected] with the order number and complete replacement details. Whether it can be made depends on the stage of preparation or carrier handoff. A message requesting a change is not confirmation that the label or route has changed.
What if the parcel is missing or damaged?
Check the latest delivery note and any handoff location, then describe the discrepancy. If packaging or contents are damaged, preserve useful details and share photographs where available. The next action should follow the investigation and the rights applying to your order; a delivered scan alone does not settle every dispute.
Are import charges included?
For a cross-border order, read any checkout statement about duties and taxes. Destination authorities may assess additional amounts or require information. Ask for clarification if the included charges are not clear rather than assuming every possible import cost has been collected.
