Your information, by purpose

Shopping at www.yaravia.com involves information supplied by you and technical information generated when the site is used. The categories below explain why different records may be needed.

Information	Typical purpose
Name, contact and delivery details; products and options ordered	Processing the purchase, arranging delivery and communicating about the order.
Payment status and transaction references	Reconciling payments, investigating discrepancies and handling refunds.
Enquiries, attachments and correspondence	Responding to your request and keeping an understandable support record.
Browser, device, session and security information	Operating shopping functions, diagnosing problems and preventing misuse.

Who may receive the information?

Partners involved in hosting, payments, delivery and support may process information needed for their part of the service. A payment provider's own privacy notice also applies to information entered directly into its service. Disclosure may be required by law or for a legitimate investigation of a transaction or security incident.

What governs storage and use?

Processing needs an applicable legal basis, such as performing a purchase, complying with a legal obligation, a legitimate purpose recognised by law, or consent where required. Technical and organisational measures help protect records, although no online system is completely risk-free. Retention depends on the service purpose and accounting, legal or dispute needs. Records should not be kept longer than those needs justify.

What choices and rights do I have?

Browser controls can restrict cookies or similar storage; doing so may affect sessions, preferences or checkout. You may request access, correction, deletion or other rights available under applicable privacy law by writing to welcome@yaravia.com. Explain the request without including unnecessary sensitive documents. Appropriate identity checks and lawful exceptions may apply. If a concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
